Bass-n-Tubes Float Tube / Kickboat / Kayak Bass Fishing Tournaments

Bass-n-Tubes is a northern California Float Tube, Kickboat, and Kayak Bass fishing club. We welcome anglers of any skill level and all ages to come on out and join the fun of our low keyed, low cost style of Bass fishing and tournament angling.

Twenty three anglers came out to do battle with the big fish White Slough is known for this time of year. And this year was just like most others, with big fish coming to the scale, and better than twenty pounds would be needed for the victory. Jordon Brendel tossed a lipless crank on his way to the win, with 20.50 pounds for his best five, topped of with a 6.92 pound kicker. Second place finisher Jeff Wilson used a Senko to land five for 18.23 pounds. Jeff landed his second tournament big fish of the year with a fat 10.58 pound White Slough pre spawn hog. Congrats go to Jeff for his new personal best, on game day. In third place was SCBBBC veteran Binh Phi with 16.25 pounds, and a 6.54 pounder in the bag. Fourth place went to BnT's 2012 AOY leader Scott Rouhier with 15.72 pounds of delta bass. Congrats to all the top finishers and thanks to everyone who came out to fish. Our next event is the "Clear Lake Open" on April 28th and 29th, 2012 The place is M&M Campground in Clearlake Oaks, CA. This is an Open event and all are welcome to participate. All BnT tournaments are always about having fun. Some tournaments are preceded by a big camp out with lots of fish talk and good times. You can browse the schedule and results on the left as well as check out the archives from years past. If you'd like to fish with the club feel free to post a message on the forum to say hello and find out any special scoop about the tournament you might be interested in fishing.
