2012 News

September 9, 2012

We had 14 guys show up to fish Lake Berryessa for the next to last stop for the season.
It was a nice day to be on the lake but it turned out to be a tough bite.
Mike Ayers drop shotted his way to victory with 4 fish for 7.23 lbs, with a nice 2.78 lb smallie to anchor his sack. Oscar Baeza brought 2 nice fish to the scale for 4.80 lbs to take second place and his first finish in the money in a BnT tourney. Congrats Oscar.
James Loo took home the big fish money with a nice 2.91 pound Berryessa chunk.

Thanks to Rich Caro and Steve Lynch for their donations.
Rich donated a Catch'em Caro bait to the tourney winner and the winner of the big fish pot.
Steve donated the 'GetterBack' Rod recovery systems to the winners.

All BnT tournaments are always about having fun. Some tournaments are preceded by a big camp out with lots of fish talk and good times. You can browse the schedule and results on the left as well as check out the archives from years past. If you'd like to fish with the club feel free to post a message on the forum to say hello and find out any special scoop about the tournament you might be interested in fishing.

If you are new to the site or to the club and need help posting a message for the first time on the forum, please check out this page which explains the procedure in detail.

Good fishin' to everyone!
