June 12, 2016 - CA Delta, Middle River
Nineteen anglers hit Middle river in the California Delta on June 12th for the fifth stop on the BnT schedule and the start of the summer delta season. It was an awesome day to be on the river!
After a full day on the water it was Dan Balaba who came up big with the win. Dan brought a solid 5 fish limit to the scale for a total weight of 16.81 pounds. Dan reported getting some crankbait fish early then upgrading later in the day with his punch rig.
Anthony Duffany made it close and took home the second place cash. Anthony used a drop shot primarily to score a nice limit at 16.58 pounds.
Third place went to Mitch Teman. Mitch had a limit of five for 14.66 pounds. Mitch's bag was anchored by the tournament big fish with a 7.03 pound kicker that ate a buzzbait.
Congrats to everyone who finished in the money. See you at Dans Delta Outdoors Open!
