2018 News

2/24-25/2018 - Lake Camanche

The kick off tourney of the 2018 season took place last weekend at Lake Camanche.
Fifteen anglers made the field and were greeted by a nice cool weekend at the lake and a tough bite.

Two day tournaments are always exciting and consistency is the key to a top finish.
It would be no different at Lake Camanche.

The top 3 after day one were, Robert Middleton with 9.14 for 5 fish, Jeff Wilson with 8.59 pounds for 5 fish, and Mitch Teman with 8.0 pounds for 4. Mitch also scored day one big fish with a 3.27 pound fish.

Day two mixed things up quite a bit and a couple of the day one top 3 were not heard from!

Scott Rouhier found the fish on day two and won the day with 11.33 pounds for his best five. Scott anchored his bag with the day two big fish which was a fat 5.30 pounder.
Scott finished the weekend with 17.02 pounds, for nine fish, and the victory!

Jeff Wilson came to the scale on day 2 with a limit for 6.46 pounds, and a two day total of 15.05 pounds for his best ten, and a second place finish.

In third place at the end of the weekend was Dan Balaba who had a two day total of 13.63 pounds for nine fish.
